Ashton Apartments are all brand new as the building was recently re-constructed. The building is constructed with brick, concrete, and steel, and conforms to the building standards and safety standards specified by the Canada Building Code and City of St. John's Building Code.

- Front apartments are separated from the back apartments by corridors with a concrete block wall.

- There are three apartments on the second floor and three on the third, all nicely furnished, private and exclusive in the heart of downtown St. John's.

- All apartments are approximately 600 sq. ft. each and fully furnished.

- Parking can be obtained at a nearby parking garage, there is 2 within a 5 min walk.

- All apartments have been soundproofed with R30 insulation and sound resilient channels.

- There is an on-site superintendent.

- The entrances are secured.

- Pets are not permitted.

- Short and long term leases are available. We will require a months rent for damage deposit.

- Amenities include heat, light, cable TV, and high speed internet.

- Housekeeping services will be made available.
